KVS, you say that KQ award inventory is available, but it's not. Even after going to the link you suggest for Method Information, it clearly states that the only award inventory showing is DL, KL, AF so pretty much just what delta.com shows. Both the online tool, and my computer tool do not display the W or D classes for KQ...can you please point out how I can see it as available as many people on here seem to have the same problem of not finding it. It is supposed to be viewable using the availability tab with the Galileo: Availability/ETR method and inputing "D" for business awards and "W" for coach awards on the classes line. In my experience since February 1st, it does not show these classes available for long haul on KQ between NBO and AMS, CDG and LHR. I called DL several times and found availability when KVS showed none.
