I'm in a big mess with HERTZ about the points actually.

I'm renting about 24 times a year and you should get bonus miles for being a GOLD member and a booking via INTERNET. They NEVER gave the bonus miles.

You have to send 3 e-mails and explain to the HERTZ people what he exact deal is. And you need to send them the info from their own website. Very annoying and frustrating to say the least.

A supervisor from HERTZ in Swords is sorting it out know...takes him more then 2 months already and i'm still out about 10.000.
