The flight listed in J has the same time & date and seat assignment as the one listed in Y.
Why is it that I have the same flight on there in both Y and J? Does this mean that they are currently working on processing my eVIP upgrade? Anyone know?
Funny thing does happen, though. When in the seat assignment mode, I basically enter an infinite loop. Trying to select the seat for the J segment actually pulls up the seat assignment for the Y segment and, no matter how many times I hit 'Next', I just kind of loop back to the Y segment.
Could you be flying to the UK? If so, they may need to collect the extra taxes from you for re-ticketing. These are not covered by your eVip.
