DL has long had superior service, hard product, cabin cleanliness, etc. Thank you for finally acknowledging that.
It's been borderline offensive seeing so many flaming threads calling us "apologists" or "kool-aid drinkers" when in fact we've simply said we LIKE the service the airline provides.

Former NWA flyers come here to say some good things about DL, and you have to try to resurrect the old NWA vs DL controversy.. with a good measure of "I told you so" thrown in.
There will come a generally mellowing of attitudes as the two cultures merge here.
Unnecessary, and gratuitous, perturbations such as yours will slow that process.
