Any one ticketed there recently? If so, do they close mid-day? A while back they would close from something like noon to 2 p.m. while the one person who knew how to ticket (that's what they told me) was at lunch.

I ticketed there in December at about 1 p.m. without a problem. Should have been a simple transaction, but due to UAL canceling the reservation it became complex. They worked through it and spent quite a bit of time to make sure it was correct.
