It has been mentioned with regard to commercial tickets but when hunting out that elusive mileage ticket and you are going back and forward to check availability the system reverts back to economy. I then look up new dates and get all excited thinking there are suddenly flights for every day of the month in F to SYD! I then realise the error that it is showing economy seats.
A sound idea. I seem to remember another poster who lost our from this when he or she was looking for MFU WTP->CW but had to go back for a second try and ended up with nonrefundable WT->WTP for more or less the same price and miles. Not good for customer satisfaction.
