Also consider if you will need to grab a meal during your layover. The PC will have snack type food like cheese, crackers, pretzels, and chips (but of course free booze). And you cannot bring in food from the restaurants. So, if you want to grab a meal and a beer at one of the restaurants in the terminal, I would subtract that time from the layover time too, in addition to boarding time and customs.
