QR should get Brazilian government approval by end of February which means it will have two full months (March and April) to market the flight and put in place all necessary structure. (As a side note, Emirates only had 1 month to start marketing its flight when it started DXB-GRU B77L in March 2007).
Since the flight involves 5th freedom rights GRU-EZE it will take a bit longer to get the okay from ANAC (Brazil Government).
