A few years ago VIE-JSI (extra points for knowing what the latter code means.) It was kind of a weird ticket, since I bought it from OS on their web site as one of their flights though it was NG metal, and it also seemed to be some sort of charter. Also, when we got to JSI I had to go through customs . But I don't know if any of that was the reason it was a paper ticket.
