I'm taking my first international first class trip (SFO-BKK-SFO) that I booked with miles and I've been exploring the forums to find out the perks associated. I've got three different airlines: ANA, Thai and United. I know about lounge access, I've learned that Thai and ANA let you pre-order meals, anything else I need to know? I've read some mention that one may be met at the gate and whisked to the arrival lounge?
