I am assuming you have the same redemption options as I have on my card. That said, you can book both tickets with the Capital One card. Each ticket posts separately. You can then chose the redeem for previous purchase option and pay for one of the tickets. Since the price will be over $600 the number of points needed will be 100 times the cost of the ticket.
