evidence, the truth is, workers fired for 'very just causes' rarely get rehired. unions form to offer working men and woman a stronger position negotiating wages and benefits and a voice to mold policy. seniority, retention and promotion used to mean, to whom are you related.
and...sueing your employer for some grievance seems less sophisticated than a reasonable labor contract.
