Thyetus: The property is the Four Points Cocoa Beach, FL. They had Seattle's Best paper cups but Maxwell House coffee.
I believe Kraft--the owners of Maxwell House--handles the distribution of Seattle's Best (as well as Starbucks), so I guess it makes sense that hotels might be using both of those. That said, I much prefer Seattle's Best to Maxwell House.
