You must never have worked in a position where a union was needed. Think of this: you have an industry were management fire people for no reason and they are only saved by their union. Or arbitrary rule/pay/work policy changes that 100% benefit management and do nothing to help working conditions or the bottom line. If you have your cushy corner office you would never understand this issue.
