My neighbor is Concierge Key level with AA. He tells me has about 14.5 million miles - 6 with AA, 5 with Delta, and 3+ with others. He's in his late 50s, so I'd guess he has accumulated those miles over 30+ years. He didn't say, but I assume those are RDM and not BIS; nevertheless, he does fly a ridiculous number of miles.
