I think you flagged what has become a true pricing trend. Across the board on almost all tickets (other than unrestricted coach) OAK is more expensive than SFO. When you combine that with several other developments, OAK is now the less pleasant option...
I haven't done a huge survey, but in my forays into ticketing from the Bay Area to the Pacific Northwest (e.g., PDX, SEA, EUG), OAK has remained cheaper than SFO, often by quite a bit. Still, prices from both SFO and OAK are up over past years.
