I don't know the answer to the second part of your question (luggage storage), but AA will *NOT* give you the LGA-JFK transfer [I've asked before, several times]. It's quicker anyway just to get a cab and fork over the $25. Always a thrill, too, seeing how drivers from various parts of the world deal with the VanWyck.........
