Am searching for a OW YUL -> EWR mid-August, current fare+taxes USD214.

Is it better to watch the price on AirfareWatchdog & Yapta, and book if/when it drops - or, to buy on Orbitz and let them refund me should the price drop?

I recognize that the Orbitz guarantee requires someone else to book on my exact flight at a lower fare (and not just for the price to drop), and am aware of recent controversies regarding their customer service. My consideration is the time & effort required to "pounce" on the changes in AFWD & Yapta. Thanks for the advice.
