As I've seen and heard, be aware of different infections, as the amount of tourists that go in there looking for some specific sort of tourism, and everything in there is well prepared for those tourists' needs.
Just be overally careful and don't mistake a girl for a boy, or better, just stay away from all of those for your healths' sake.
