Over the holidays I went to a restaurant in Pasedena (on Rose Bowl day!) to redeem and my gosh, the service was bizzare. They kepy trying to give me refills which were conveniently not free WITHOUT MY ASKING (didn't say anything), and I had to talk to the manager at the end to get their deceptiveness taken care of.

The other place I had around Burbank was much better and they didn't try to push anything onto me. I just wonder though, is this the mentality of restaurants accepting certificates?
