EU Schengen question
During a round the world trip in 2008, I stopped in Madrid and Rome. I traveled SEA-LHR-MAD. On the flight to MAD, I filled in the Spanish arrivals form and was given the departure section for my passport.
After a few days in Madrid, I traveled MAD-FCO. As this flight was within the Schengen area, there was no exit immigration and thus no one to give the Spanish departure card to.
After a few days in Rome, I traveled FCO-LHR-SIN, passing though exit immigration prior to my flight to London. Italian immigration stamped my passport, but wouldn’t take the departure card.
I still have the Spanish departure card in my passport.
Will this cause a problem when I return to the Schengen area (looking at France, Finland and Germany)?
