3-class 777 - seat advice in CW?

Looking forward to my first flight on a 3-class 777 (to LAS in WTP, and return in CW).

Am familiar with NGCW on 4-class 777 (the 'flying dorm'), and with NCW on long-haul 767 (which I really like!). Am I correct that the 777 serving LAS is equipped with NCW, not NGCW?

Also, seating layout in the forward CW cabin appears quite complex (misaligned rows, various seats removed for crew rest etc.) so am not at all sure which seats to choose (for a couple).

Currently holding 2EF, on the assumption that the closet which is fitted instead of missing seats 4FG (per seatexpert.com) will ensure we both have easy access to the starboard aisle without stepping over anyone. Is this correct?

Another option is 11EF, with normal 'last row' unrestricted access, but worried that proximity to WTP bassinet seats risks a noisy overnight journey.

We have never tried the E/F middle pair (on any aircraft), so quite tempted to try it on this trip. But there are plenty of window pairs (A/B and J/K) still available. Which ones are considered best on this aircraft?

Grateful advice from fellow FT-ers familiar with this aircraft.
