I recently got the BA Chase Visa and the fantastic 100k mile bonus. I recommended the card to both of my parents while that promotion was still active. They have spent the request minimum on the card but now they see the BA miles when they log into chase.com but nothing at ba.com. Has anyone had this problem?

I thinking that maybe Chase created new Exec Club accounts for them instead of posting the miles to the correct accounts. Any ideas here?
