when i was gold and i paid upgrades by using starpoints i always received a card as posted by LarryU so i did send for pressing but my 1st upgrade as plat i was told during checked-in only lounge access with breakfast and evening cocktail ; laundry and pressing is not included.

sorry, i made mistake. le meridien always included broadband internet access for clubrooms and suites. the different for plat and starpoints' upgrades are without daily laundry credit of RM25, pressing and complimentary printing, am i get it right?
