I don't worry about the order: I just remember that YBM can be upgraded (miles/PMU) internationally and get 1.5x MQM and LUT can't be upgraded domestically. Anything else, I don't worry about.

At least DL is consistant. NW had different ranking for domestic, TATL and TPAC.

Back when some CO fares only earned 50% EQM on NW, the offending classes were: WEST NL -- but I don't need to remember that anymore
