I can onbly agree that this is the worst customer service I know of.
It seems that it is only staffed with highschool dropouts and SDFs.
My last question I submitted three times, but received three different answers. Of course my query still has to be answered.
Have been Favourite Guest member for 6 years, but due to the lowered rewards it makes no sense any more to stay with Accor.
Will move to Kyriad in France and Priority Club outside France to keep my sanity.
