I was going to just stay at the Radisson to sleep/relax/adjust for the layover but the cost of it is now about equivalent to staying at the Taj Mahal or Oberoi, so I'm considering staying at one of those (or the Maurya because it's a little closer) instead.

Is the traffic from Delhi to the airport so bad that I really should just stay at the Radisson? If I stayed at the Oberoi, what time would I want to leave for the domestic airport terminal for a flight leaving at 3:20 pm?

I really appreciate your help!

ps: I'm a single female traveler if that makes a difference (but I'll pre-arrange transport with whatever hotel I decide on)
Given your arrival and departure times and taking it as a given that you'll be coming into the international airport and departing out of the domestic airport's terminal, I wouldn't be stuck to staying at this Radisson hotel unless you are desperate to save 20-60 minutes and/or have no plans to do anything in Delhi besides merely transiting -- especially not when the other hotels you mention have better prices from what you are finding.

If you just plan to hang out at the hotel between flights and the prices are the same, then the Radisson is probably what I would do. Otherwise, I'd head into town and try to make something of my morning besides lounging at the hotel.
