Update:

I have booked five nights at Elandela Lodge. Got a great deal so that is taken care of. Flying out to Hoedspruit, don't think we'll be driving.

So, that still leaves the Garden Route. I am ready for some really amazing, not to be missed lodgings, restaurants, sights, etc now.
