I don't have a specific hotel but what I would say is that what we found when we visited Marrakech is that the Moroccans are about the friendliest people around. There were no issues with being gay in our hotel or any of the places we went. We felt comfortable every where we went. You will find that you get approached in the streets occasionally by young men offering 'massages' however the local people are so polite that when you refuse they thank you. Marrakech is def a personal favourite for its vibrance, friendliness, bustle, climate, food, charm and there are loads of really high quality riads.
