012 tickets being converted to 006'es after all
So just today I got an e-mail on one of the two March 30 flights we have booked that was reissued (by the former-NW now-DL Singapore Ticketing Centre) as a 012 ticket. Not the other one though. And still even now as a 006 ticket, no link to "e-mail receipt" online.
However, my February 8th, May, June and August flights still all remain as 012 tickets (all are 012s, though two were originally 006'es that I had pulled into 012's as DL refused - and still does so up to this day - to reissue tickets (re-ticket) for PU503 upgrades until day of flight/at airport causing huge delays and disallowing OLCI).
Has anyone here gotten even a peep from DL on this - who is as always being very secretive and not telling customers such critical things that affect them - as of which date (what cut off) are all 012 tickets being converted to 006'es (if there is, in fact, any logic behind it)? And how come even as 006'es still DL is not allowing customers to actually get the ticket # online (so if someone misses that e-mail then they may not be able to fly if DL can't find new ticket # based on old 012 #, as is the case with it's site - searching by the old 012 ticket never works and always yields a no match/no results).
