I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express near FRA in May 2009. Very nice, very quiet, and the breakfast was good too. I think I paid 59 euros per night. The shuttle was free from the airport amd 5 euro for the return. There's a couple of decent restaurants within walking distance as well.
