For the past 3 months, I have been trying to use a certificate obtained thru Elite Choices.
I have been unable to do this. There are never any available at the restaurant I would like.
I voiced a concern to restaurant.com and they tell me the certificates are loaded after midnite on the 1st of each month. I have tried 4-6 times each day and no luck. I'm beginning to wonder if this was a really poor choice for my "reward" from UA ?
I am also beginning to wonder if this is just a magnificent dog and pony show ?
I phoned the restaurant and their only answer is that they are busy & popular. If so, why are they on restaurant.com?
