SQ also does a RTW if you count EWR & JFK as a single stop. You can do SIN-EWR-JFK-FRA-SIN or go the other way around.
SQ's RTW fare x-US is amazingly inexpensive, especially in First at around $7200 AI. For those interested, there is an extensive thread in the SQ forum.
