And yes I definitely enjoy, as you would, my upgrades to suites which last year was about 25% of the time. AND I never begged.
Sure, that's an upgrade...but per the program terms it certainly isn't an upgrade to the "best available room" - which is what you are supposed to get. It's funny how when you push them there's generally a better room...but again, you have to push, prod and grovel to get it...and I'm done with that.
