As the closing music of the safety briefing comes on, I fold my TV screen back, and then I press the button for the divider screen to go up. I don't say anything.

The only exception would be: (i) if I have conversed with the person already, when I would ask; (ii) there is a cute girl sat next to me, when I would leave it down...
