Any decent travel agent should do so --- it is good business sense to keep customers happy. Any left over amount comes out in the form of an MCO.

If you tend to book all of your travel on line or by calling American on the phone, using a travel agent should not be considered an option.

If you use a travel agent to book most of your travel, you will have no problems even if your agent does not earn any commission from the voucher.
