Seems to be a million of these threads lately, perhaps we need to centralize them in one thread.

Anyways I'll be flying YWG-LHR in mid April and returning the first week of May. Outgoing I can travel on a Saturday/Sunday or Monday, which day would be the slowest/best chance of upgrade? I'm leaning towards Monday - but I'm not sure.

What's the best routing for upgrade chances? I would prefer routing through YYZ on AC848 (8:40PM, 77W) or AC858 (11:15PM, 333) but I'm willing to use another route for a better chance of an upgrade.

Returning plan is to go on a Wednesday from LHR, any suggestion routing wise?

Is there any reason to prefer a 777 over a 333? I know the 777's are newer but I'm wondering from a product standpoint if its worth trying to get on a 777 instead of a 333.
