kebosabi - the new Skyliner - same as the Keisei Skyliner Express and Limited Express that stop at Ueno Keisei station? How they doing it in 36 min? New tracks? Express currently takes 1 hour w/ only a few stops. Also, do you have a firm date for start-up? Thanks!
