I want to tell you about AA's service today. I received a netsaver e--mail today after returning home from PBI (purchased my ticket for the Catman Do III). There was a fare of $79 MIA-DOM. I tried to book it online, but the system was down for the websaver/netsaver fares. I called the EXP desk who understood the problem and they connected me with a very pleasent agent at tech support. The AA agent apologized for the confusion, ticketed me and assigned set #'s. I have now a killer fare to Dominica for next weekend! AA's staff has always been polite and helpful to any of my requests. They are human too, and just want to be treated with the respect they give us. Hats off to the entire EXP team and tech support. They will continue to get all of my business.
