I called their line and used the automated system - they have my app and a decision is expected 'within 30 days'
I really, really wish CO would dump Chase and go with a real company like Amex.
Frankly I'm only getting the card for the $150 deal and a couple other benefits like Hyatt Plat and the Avis thingie - I'll cancel it at renewal anyway and I'm unlikely to ever actually use it. It's just an extra $75 over my existing PC membership.
