2 options:
1) ExpertFlyer as outlined in thread
2) Call each and every day. I too have had a phone agent copy down my details and try every few days but the best shot is taking care of it yourself

Being that this is quite a vaulable fare on award, I would pony up the membership to ExpertFlyer or call back in frequency.

Done this a few times myself and have always been pleasantly surpsrised by the outcome.
