had the samething thing just now. I wil be in southern NJ tonight with a ADP for an HGI outside on Newark.
I 1st called the Hotel, who told me it was booked via a 3rd party and I needed to speak with them about it.
I didnt wantto CX it yet just to know my options. ADP csr put me on hold I think called the Hotel and was told yep a Blizzard is coming our way. Rep gets back on and says No problems your res has been CXed w/o Penalities.
the good thing its available for the same rate for AAA, so if I find I can get up there from Southern NJ I will do so
But a ^^ to ADP for being decent about it and not simply read off the sheet, a Non-Refundable is just that etc etc
