A club program credits for max stay of 30 days..

Hi All,

This is news for me...

Have never seen any other loyalty program where they limit ur usage ...

The a club program will only credit for stays upto a maximum of 30 days !!! This is what is writtn on their site.. in the T&C's.. ''When a Member stays at a hotel participating in the Program for a maximum of 30 consecutive nights, including at least one paid night, and truly staying at the hotel, the Member's account is credited with A|Club points according to the conditions described in paragraph 7.1. '' ...
I stayed in their Adagio apartment hotel in Vienna for 34 days and now while checking out they say I am not eligible for the points since I stayed more than the maximum.. So this means they dont want long stayers !!! Last year I stayed at Holiday Inn for 40 days continously and they happily credited the points alongwith double points (for an ongoing promotion)..

Unfortunately the site, does not say whether they will credit for 30 days even if stay is more than that or whether they wil totally ignore all the days .. But I see this as unbelievable.. How can a loyalty program where u r paying the standard rates say u cannot stay more than a certain no of days consecutively.. its like some airline saying u cannot fly daily with them.. u need to give a break !!! ...

Anyone else has any experience with this , please share..

thanks
