Does anyone have a recent stay experience at this property? How they treat Diamonds? Upgrades? Amenities?

Just booked 3 FFN nights for Feb 20-23 and here's what I was given:

Room(s) Booked: KING ROOM
Room Description: 1 king bed: flrs 1-3: 38 sq m: garden/lagoon view/available balcony
Any chance for upgrade?
