Getting in and out of LGA is worse for a traveler than to/from ISP?
I'm not an east coast guy, but I had always assumed the opposite; otherwise, why would WN move into LGA?
It makes sense in that LGA isn't the best place to get in/out of generally speaking, but it's still far more convenient to New York City than ISP is. I've never put any serious consideration into going into ISP versus LGA when going to NYC on WN.
