The confusion arises because you are using C for the inventory you need rather than Z. C is for upgrades from Coach to Business. Z is for awards in First.

Set an alert on ExpertFlyer for Z.

If it were involuntary downgrade, then technically it's not an upgrade queue-- it's paid first. I am not sure if that is also true for voluntary, if it comes to day-of.
