T5 has quite a prominent notice now saying GCH/SCH + 1 guest only. I cannot think of an occasion when I have been through ther when Fast Track was faster.

At JFK T7 it can sometimes be slower than the normal WT lines (there seem to be no queues at all for WT pax) as the crew - flight and cabin - seem to regard it as their God given right to barge past even one or two premium / status pax who may quietly be unpacking their items onto the conveyor, and the pax can then be stuck behind a dozen people. Unforgivable as a matter of common courtesy, let alone recognising that staff should come behind status customers.
