the APD (economy) to Milan is included in the cheap fare of £111 return.

if we booked redemption all the way in business then we would be stung by the UK APD for business.

I am of the opinion that the £111 for 2 people return is worth paying rather than burning miles for.

I am happy to burn miles from Milan to Cyprus return in business rather than economy for all the extra it will cost.

I just hope availability is good out of Milan.
