Im going to be traveling in Asia. I have an Iphone and will have access to wifi.

Is there an app that will:

1) Allow people in the States to call me on a local US phone #
2) Allow me to call the states for free/cheap

I have truphone but I dont think it can receive calls and I think its pricey to call somebody that is not using the truphone program.

What should I get?
