I've had this happen several times, and it has nothing to do with your PC/Mac or browser. It's a US website problem. There are certain booking classes (especially those associated with e-savers) that affect the "Download to Outlook" function. I know it sounds absurd... I've spoken to the US web folks at least three times regarding this problem.
